The hotel restaurant Cavallo Bianco (White Horse) is situated in the centre of the hamlet Vigna, surrounded by chestnut woods. The family Musso manages since more than thirty years the place;  Marì, in particular, proposes the best dishes of the Piedmont tradition (excellent the mixed fry, composed of more than 15 courses among them desserts and salted dishes, game and mushrooms). A few steps from the Nature Park and from the Certosa, the hotel allows a stay in complete peace and spending some cheerful hours perhaps with a good "sinoira afternoon snack" Hospitality and home environment play the lord and master, but even the smart environments are present like the great glazed lounges, ideal for weddings and communions with the possibility to dance in the piano bar area.
