The famous afternoon snack "sinoira" with salami, green anchovies and suma d'aj, and the most popular cooking which reappraise typical proposals of the area with some variations in the approach, will make you fall in love with our savour.
The restaurants here have been modernized keeping their roots, that is, observing with a touch of innovation the Piedmont and Occitan tradition.
