Fishing is regulated and managed by the Fishers' association (phone 0171 734186) from the border with the municipality of Pianfei till the hamlet San Bartolomeo. The association has divided the stream stretch in two lots: the red stretch covering the San Giovanni dam (near the ex Ceramics of Piedmont) and the Municipality of Pianfei and the white stretch covering the San Giovanni dam and the deep narrow valley of Paglietta. The association envisages a seasonal fee (valid from March till the end of September), which covers 60 half fishing days. The fees are established in 110 Euro for the inhabitants of Chiusa di Pesio and 220 Euro for the non-inhabitants. Ask the agency Tuttauto, of Silvia Coltro, in the Square San Rocco for information and purchasing of the licences. Furthermore it is possible to purchase from May till September a half-day fishing and a 5 trout fishing licence for the price of 16 Euro including the insurance policy at the tobacconists' and the bars in Chiusa.
