Walking shoes or trainers are necessary for the less difficult routes and for the visits to the protected areas. Mountaineering boots and walking sticks are recommended instead for the more difficult routes. It is useful to keep with you a rucksack, photographic equipment and binoculars. It is prohibited to bring with you sources of noise, like a radio or stereo in order not to disturb the activity of the animals. The territory of the Natural Park is protected therefore there exist some regulations to safeguard the animals and the vegetal species, which have to be observed: the visitor may not harm animals, trees, plants or flowers. Hunting, picking of flowers and plants and making fires are forbidden. Dogs have always to be kept on a lead.
