The Ligurian and Maritime Alps represent one of the most biodiversity areas inside the alpine arc.  The efforts of the Organisation to preserve, to conserve and to study this patrimony started off correlated projects, able to face the problem from different point of views in order to create a real territorial laboratory and to elaborate new conservation and management techniques of the resources.
