It is possible to stay overnight at the Natural Park due to some refuges. The homonymous Alpine refuge is open in the middle of the protected area at the Pian delle Gorre. The refuges of the CAI are open at high altitude instead: the refuge Garelli in the Pesio Valley, the refuge Havis de Giorgio in the Ellero Valley (0174/65555), the refuges Mongioie (0174/390196) and the refuge of the Parco Don Barbera, in the upper Tanaro Valley. Other structures are exclusively destined to speleological activities (Marguareis hut, Morgantina hut and Saracco Volante hut).
