The Visit Centre is situated at about 40 minutes walk from the entry of the Oasis. It includes a Blue Room, where life in the streams, in the lakes and in the ponds is shown and a White Room with interactive games for the discovery of the territory and of the different present animal species. The structure is accessible to disabled. Braille texts allow the visit of blind people. Upon booking it is possible to carry out research stays and to realize naturalistic photographic services, spending the night in the guest quarters (equipped with kitchen), which can host up to 15 people.

From the Visit Centre there is a path for disabled which conduces to two observation huts.
