Museum complex and study center Cav. Giuseppe Avena
The antique Town Hall, nowadays seat of the Resistance Museum, the Museum for the Glass and Crystal and Ceramic factory organisation and the tourist office in Chiusa, is a fifteenth-century structure in the old town at the crossing between Via Mazzini and Piazza Cavour, where you can find the Palace of the Marquis, present municipal seat.
The Palace is characterised by a big square municipal tower, which rises on the surrounding buildings and by the beautiful inner rooms, where many of them preserve frescoed barrel ceilings. A seventeenth-century fresco representing the Immaculate Conception is of particular interest.
